Six line wrasse

Well we lost our first fish to suicide. Lol. Worse part is I was just in a fish store where the employee was telling a customer that six lines love to jump. All I could think was man mine never goes near the top. It dawned on me today I hadn't seen ours for a few days and guess what. Yep he jumped and far too. He was about 3 foot across the floor from jumping and flipping around. So we shall have a memorial service soon.

I was wondering. Should I notify the church and then go to the lfs and see if we can find his next of kin. Lol.

In all seriousness the wife is actually sad about it

I dont even tell my wife when i get "duty" fish for my frag tank. She will want to A) Name it, B) cry when it jumps or grows old.

Lol. This was "her" fish. She picked it out and everything else short of petting it. I was just shocked that the one fish that never ever went near the top of the tank decided to make a jump for it. Sad thing is I have a topper for the tank but had been leaving it off due to testing each day for awhile to ensure my alk had evened out.
