Hey guys my six line wrasse got trapped in my filter sock today and now he has an air bubble trapped and im not sure what to do he’s very lethargic and his kind of moving im not sure what to do!! #reefsquad

I have no idea if this would work for a fish, but I know for clams and nautiluses when they are removed from water then put back in they should be “burped.” To do this this, the person releasing them slowly rotates them under the water in circles, bringing the mouth up with each circle to release trapped air. For your fish, I’d imagine you could try doing that by spinning him from tail up to mouth up under the water a few times and see if that helps.

I hope the little guy (if it is still alive) makes it.

Sometimes fish that are shipped get inflated swim bladders and behave like yours. Usually after 24 hours or so the condition corrects itself.
