I have a nano 10 gallon reef with a few corals, AI prime light and a modified aquaclear. I am looking to get a sixline wrasse, just on its own. I will probably make an acrylic cover so it doesn't jump out. What are your thoughts?

I think the wrasse would be perfectly fine in that environment, especially if it's the only fish!

That tank is actually my first attempt at SW. So far, i've had my candy cane coral split 4 times!

You could also consider a Pink Streak instead of a Sixline - a similar look but a smaller fish. And it also is very peaceful unlike a Sixline (not that it matters much if it's the only fish).
