Sixline went down into sump

So today I had a sixline get stuck in my piping to my sump. I’m not sure for how long but when I blew him out of the pipe he seemed very weak. He’s not really swimming and his gills are moving a lot!!! I’ve got him in a breeder container and he’s just laying on the bottom but when I stop the net in he’s moving everywhere. What should I do? There aren’t any visible injuries that I can see.

Just leave it be. Minimize stress, so no fussing with him. He should likely recover as long as he doesn’t get too stressed.
