Size of eurobrace

Hi...

I want to build the custom mix reef tank with dimensions 63" x 30" 24"tall. I will go with 5/8" regular clarity iron glass non tempered.

What is the minimum width that is safe for the function of the eurobrace? I'm wondering if 1" is safe enough? Because small looks minimalist and doesn't cover the internal overflow.

I don’t know the answer to that but Getting glass cut that small will be expensive. My CDA tank has 3”. But I do not know the min.
