Size of powerheads

I am getting ready to set up a Red Sea Reefer 425xl and wanted to get some thoughts on power head sizing. I plan to set up a mixed reef and I am trying to figure approximately how much water (gph) each head should be capable of moving (assuming I get 2). Are there rules of thumb for this type of thing? I recognize it will vary based on return pump, placement, etc... just looking for some general guidance to narrow down the various powerhead models down to the ones that would be reasonably sized for the 425.

Depended on the system you're planning to run, anywhere from 20-50 times the water volume of the display. More towards the 20 side for softies and some lps, more towards the 50 for sps
