Skimmer advice

Got a 125 gallon tank with a 55 gallon sump. Not sure what skimmer I should get ?

there are some nice tunze that you could try, also the bubble magnus is a decent skimmer. i have no clue what your stocking list is so i dont know what size but i would get a skimmer a size up from the one that is rated for your tank

Are you familiar with the advantages of a recirculating skimmer?

I got a different skimmer in the sump although I need to make a stand. Seems to work.

How much room do you have in the sump? A Bubble Magnus Curve 7 would be perfect if it will fit.

I had 2 different sized Red Sea skimmers with features I like. Need to look at footprint and height. The only other type I have used is Sander. I do not think they import them any more.

Can Never go wrong with reef octopus. Also lifereef is another great choice.

I got the lifereef skimmer. Just can't get rid of the microbubbles coming from it. The bubbles make it's way to my Dt. I tried moving it from the second chamber to the first. Tried turning the return away from the return pump. Tried filter floss. And also turning down the flow. No luck at all.

Maybe sponge will do what the filter floss wouldn't?

I borrowed a bubble magnus 7 from a friend. got it on a diy stand and works like a charm. might be a little to high but it is skimming. Ni microbubbles. Got it in low until it breaks in

I got it figured out. I grabbed asicce4.0 and replaced the dca- 8000 jabeao. Working and microbubbles r gone
