Skimmer after fluconazole

I've finished my 2 weeks fluconazole treatment, then added some carbon 2 days ago, water changed 20% yesterday, but my skimmer just doesnt stop skimming water... Should i wait a little longer, add my purigen before skimming, or just keep skimming until it goes dirty?

I have used a clamp on my air supply hose to minimize bubbles until the problem passes.
I have also set up a drain hose on my skimmer cup and performed wet skim water changes until the problem passes. This takes a bit of monitoring, but usually the wet skim method will sort the issue out inside of a day.

Thanks for the tip, it got normal after 2 days, now its smooth
