Would pulling supply air for skimmer work just as well from the crawl space or attic instead of direct from outside? Just easier to access. Trying to increase PH. Stays around 7.7 to 7.8 most every day. I never check PH at night because I go to bed early.
Thanks
Tony

Both spaces do not have any appliance exhaust fumes. Both the attic and crawl space have fans to keep outside air moving. Thanks.

We just had our crawl space and attic redone. The crawlspace is literally sealed off from the outside now. So for me that wouldn't be a good option. The attic however, would be a good air source, as attics have flow of air through them to meet code requirements. HOWEVER.....I wouldn't source air from mine because of all the insulation present. I wouldn't trust that particulates wouldn't make it into the tank. That would be bad. Perhaps I'm just being overly cautious, but I would just find a way to run an outside line. That's what I'm gonna do. And thinking about it, there is insulation in my crawlspace as well......

Didn't think about the insulation in both spaces. Great point. I will look further into a good route to a direct outside line. Thanks
