Skimmer and raising PH

Hey guys looking for some help I have a bubble long supermarine 250, I have been trying to raise ph for a while now and desired to run a line out side. My sump is in the basement so I ran a 3/4” line from the skimmer to a duct that goes outside and everything seemed fine but my ph seems to be dropping from doing this any ideas what’s happening?

Ya it’s 8-12” away from the extirior of the house and the duct feeds the hrv unit

anything else change, eg more windows in the house closed? - i have chased low ph on and off (esp in the winter). i have a sump outside (that feeds my main indoor display), i pump air in, and use a co2 scrubber on my skimmer) all to see my ph hover around 8.1 day, 7.9 night.
