Skimmer and Ultralife red slime remover

I recently used Ultralife red slime remover and it caused my skimmer to go crazy. I turned it off for a couple of days and now I want to have it back on again. But when I turn it, a reef octopus 110 int, on in immediately bubbles over. I have the valve open all the way, The cup fills in about 15 seconds and, when the bubbles settle, looks like tank water.

What do I do to get back to normal skimming? Wait a few more days? Skim and refill with fresh salt water? Something else?

You need to do at least a 10% WC. That will remove the bacteria and gunk from your dt water. After you do the wc, your skimmer should operate normally.
