Skimmer: Bubbles but no foam head

Any idea why my skimmer might not be producing a foam head? It also stopped pulling skimmate more or less. I took it apart tonight and couldn't find any problems but I don't know a lot about these things.

It's an SCA 302.

Are you using any amino acids or other supplementary feeding products. How long has the skimmer not been producing skim? Are there micro bubbles within the column?

I just feed LRS frozen and reefroids. The problem started a couple weeks ago maybe and it's been running and producing skim for 8 months. There are microbubbles in the column. I dosed chemiclean 2 days ago which I heard would make the skimmer go crazy and overflow. It didn't react at all.
