Skimmer choices... help!

Hi all,

Stuck between a few skimmers and would like some help please
I have a 110 gal tank, that will be running triton.
Am stuck between the Reef octo regal 170 EXT, or the 150 INT.
I know the rough differences, but would like some help with the precise sizing and reviews of both.

Any other recommendations are also appreciated.
