I plan on upgrading my 36 bow to an sca90 cube. I purchased a used trigger crystal 30 sump so I’m looking for a skimmer it will be a mixed reef sump and tank are about 110g. My choices are vertex omega 180i, reef octopus regal 150sss, or Nyos quantum 160. I basically want something that’s not going to be a pain to run. Any help is appreciated! And I’m open to suggestions for other skimmers.

Aquamaxx skimmers are pretty consistent.

I like Reef Octopus INT 2000, it’s very easy to clean, 4 yrs old, I never turn it off

I am using a AquaMax ConeS CO-1 on my 75 Gallon tank. It has performed very well for the past 18 months.

Can't go wrong with any of those IMO. Only other one I would look at would be the Deltec 1000i/ix. Truthfully I'd probably pick the cheapest one because they are all good products.

I have a bubble magus curve 5 elite on my SCA 90 cube. Works great and was a major upgrade from the SCA 302 it came with.

One nice upgrade on the elite series, is the sicce needle wheel pump! One of the biggest complaints on bubble magus skimmers is the cheap pump. Problem solved with the elite series.

Same - bubble magus elite with the sicce pump is a great upgrade to the original curve.

Flip a coin, all three work well. Honestly, I dont think you'll find much difference between most of them in regard to actual skimming potential. The differences between are often things like ease of setup and maintenance, customer support/warranty, and availability.
