Skimmer creating microbubbles

I just recently treated my tank with chemiclean to get rid of the red slime, and now my skimmer is creating microbubbles that is all over in my display tank. When I turn the skimmer off the microbubbles go away, as soon as it' back on they are there again. Did not have this problem before I treated my tank. I took the skimmer out and rinsed it out. What else can I try?

Not much.
Chemiclean does that to your skimmer.
There are other methods to rid of the red slime but first you have to figure out what it is.
Cyano or spirulina, both look the same but require different treatments.
As far as your skimmer you can dial back the setting that it doesn't create as much bubbles or raise your skimmer up till the micro's stop bothering your tank.
