I'm tying a 50 gallon frag tank to a 40 breeder with a 40b sump.
I'm looking for recommendations on a skimmer. I'd say it will be lightly to moderately stocked.
Any input would be appreciated.

so your in the area of 130gallons.
I'm a big fan of Bubble Magnus.
Bubble magnus Curve5 has a rating for 80-140 gallons (around 200$) 7.28"L x 7.08"W x 18.5"H
Bubble Magnus Curve7 has a rating for 185 - 240 gallons (about 300$) Dimensions: 9.25"L x 7.87"W x 20.8"H

take at look at either one of those. See if they interest you. with that total water volume, personally i would go for the Curve7 if your sump has the room for it

I have a curve 5 on a 50 frag tank with a 40 breeder sump and it does the job. Probably will end up getting either a curve 7 or reef octopus int150

Thanks for the input. The main things I'm looking for are durability, noise and ease of emptying skimmer cup. I will look into the curve.
