Skimmer foaming over

I took an already operation bubble king 180 from my currently running tank and brought it over to my new tank. The sump water level is just under 9” and the skimmer adjustedment pipe is fully open yet the skimmer is still foaming over. I thought maybe the water level is too high but the manual says I am within range. Does anyone have any ideas?

It’s fresh salt mix 100% clean

Raise the skimmer or lower the water if you can. Is water quality an issue?

Fixed it. Had to clean out and dry the muffler
