Skimmer for a 40 gal breeder?

Neways What skimmer should be loking to get? sump/refuge will eb about a 20-30 gal not sure yet...

Whats the best model skimmers and what not

I would say an ASM would fall in that range and do a good job for your size system.

That's a pretty good skimmer. Maybe a little oversized for a 40 though.

The JG (John Guest) fitting is to run in the effluent from a calcium Rx or dose ozone in through. it accepts 1/4" tubing.

I spoke too soon, if you are going to go SPS heavy or have a lot of fish then that is a perfect skimmer for your application.
