Skimmer for JBJ 45

Hi All,

I’m currently using a Tunze 9004 and cannot stand the noise. I know this seems odd as most LOVE this skimmer. I did buy it second hand and am only able to use the top magnet but I cannot imagine how that would effect it this much. I’ve taken it apart and have had zero luck. I’m open to options but want to avoid an HOB.

HOB is what I’m running. Wish I could help. With this option you’re able to put more filtration in that section. I have a fuge, reactor, bio filter, and skimmer with additional room for another reactor if I needed.
