Hello everyone,

I would like to upgrade my Red Sea e-260 with the Red Sea sump.
It looks like I need to buy an in-sump skimmer with a return pump.
I was thinking about this skimmer:
Reef Octopus eSsence S-130 Protein Skimmer
Would that work?
Also for the return sump, I would like to stay within a 100$ budget. Is that feasible (with what options) or do you have any pump you would recommend which is easy to set up?
Thank you!

I have same set up reef octopus is perfect for the Redsea E-260. I just turn my skimmer on and hardly ever adjust it, have heavy bio load also. For a return pump I use a reef octopus DC pump but that’s over 100$. Id look at a nice AC pump that’s good for around 800 GPH.

Thank you very much guys!
