Skimmer going crazy

my reef octopus 152 has been working fine for months now. I’ve been dosing nopox for a couple of weeks and have been adjusting the valve to compensate for the increased activity nothing out of the ordinary. Yesterday I noticed some foam coming through the vent but this has happened before I emptied the cup and went on my way Today the entire sump was full of foam and the cup was full of clean tank water. I still get over flow even if I turn the valve all the way off (counter clockwise). It’s like it’s going through another break in

Any thoughts?

Ok I’ll check. I’ve been running ozone for a couple of months. I’ll remove it and see what happens
