Just redid my aquascape, using caribsea liferock (get it on Amazon if you're considering it, 40 pounds for the price most places charge for 20), and emarco 400. Put it in my system and my skimmer went NUTS. I unplugged it for a day or so, and now I have it back online, but even on the lowest setting its bubbling over. Just wondering what I do in this situation.

Right now I just have the cup off letting it bubble over. Do I keep doing this, or do a water change, or what?

How did it turn out for you? I just got my new 90 gallon online and the skimmer is going bananas.

Just took about a week or two of doing WC every couple of days. Probably could have gone with bigger water changes to speed it up, but I did smaller ones every couple of days to avoid further disruption. Still filled up really quickly for a couple of days after, but manageable.
