Ok so we got our coral from aqua sd and it was idk 50 frags etc. so I used crystal clear aquatics epoxy and lock tight gel super glue with cyanoacrylate to place them. Well... Skimmer lost it's mind microbubbles like a ****. Used activated carbon in filter sock and water changes and of course I didn't rinse out carbon enough so black skimmate after that but skimmer is now finally looking like it's chilling out. Anyone ever had this occur with placing a lot of frags with epoxy? I've used it before no issue until now.

yeah, it's a common occurance with epoxy. Usually a few frags won't hurt but if you do too many it'll make the skimmer go crazy. It can last up to 7 days

Ok yea it's settling down now thank God but not 100%. Does anyone know how long or how much to rinse active carbon in a sock before it stops giving off black residue?
