Would a Reef Octopus NWB110 be to small of a skimmer to run on a 90 with a 30 gallon sump? The reason I'm asking I'm setting up a new tank and I already have this skimmer laying around.

Your going to want one rated for twice your water volume. Its the most important piece of equipment for a SW tank, this one ya wanna get right.

I have the NWB150 on my 75 and 29g sump and it feels just right so I think that 110 is going to be too small

I was thinking it was to but I thought there might be a chance I could get by with it. But thank you both. Now I'm on a hunt for a new skimmer :)
