Open it up or raise it up and also keep in mind when the skimmer cup is filling up the ATO is replacing it with freshwater, dropping the salinity in the tank. a BH-50 is not rated for a large tank so it can drop salinity pretty quickly. That could be the issue with the stylo

Just checked my salinity. Still at 1.025... for now. It’s starting to dip on the low side of that line. Probably have to do a water change tomorrow if I open the skimmer up and the cup keeps filling.

Update: It was def the glue I used (gorilla super gel glue). I’ve used it in the past with no issues.

So the problem went away for a day or so, and I re-glued my leather down due to moving it. 5min later and the same problem. Extremely wet skimmate and the cup was overflowing. I did nothing else to the tank and wore gloves this time to prevent possible contamination. So the glue has to be the issues. Which someone did mention. Thanks everyone.

I freaked out again when it happened. Then I realized what happened lol. I’m going to switch glue, usually use the loctite super glue with no issues. The gorilla glue was on sale with 5x the qty so I grabbed it.
