Skimmer input question

I was looking at the ice cap k1-130 skimmer. Does anyone have it or any similar? I'd like some input on wether or not they're good

I did some research and found them to be a decent skimmer for the price.
The only complaint I could find was that it was a little louder than other skimmers.
