Skimmer is leaking bubbles

I have a used bubble magus nac8 the pump went out and I had to replace it. Now it's leaking bubbles out from some where. I tried tightened the screws. Any help would be awesome

Is it possible for it to be coming out of the water output tube? I'm getting an error when trying to upload the video. I'm not sure the picture helps

I have never used one of these skimmer. I'm not sure where the thing that moves is supposed to be. Maybe I had it too low. I moved it up to above the water level and the bubbles don't seem to be coming out as much now.

Yes that is micro bubbles coming from the effluent of the skimmer. Adjustments may be needed to help correct this.

Na don't feel dumb at all. These skimmers can get tricky!
