Skimmer making green water

I get greenies in cup but also have a light below at my sump
 
I was waiting for a reply on this one. I feed formula 2 pellets, and I've always gotten green skimmate. It doesn't appear to have an adverse effect on tank parameters (although nitrates tend to run a little high). Should I be concerned, or discontinue using them? The fish really love them.
My skimmer just started pulling the same color out. And I did just feed form 2 pellets today only, first time ever. First time filor skimmer to pull this color too

That would make sense. Formula 2 is veggie based but also may be an indicator of overfeeding or under-filtration. Same is freshwater. When flakes are fed, often the water appears to be pink in some cases

Ide say I do feed heavy, but I fed same amount as I normally do, just added some pellets to try and it’s skimmed this way. Ide say that’d be it
