Hello, I have coral life hob 220 skimmer , which has worked great for the four months I have had it. I did a water change yesterday and cleaned cup and now have alot of micro bubbles coming out of outlet. Any ideas?

All the skimmers i've had produces some kind of micro bubbles but gets caught by the sponge in the baffle so if you have a baffle, I wouldn't worry about it too much. I just accept it as what all skimmers do to certain extent and try not to let it bother me.

I have an Eshopps PSK-75H HOB skimmer for my quarantine tank. I added a valve on the air intake for fine tuning, and ever since it has been putting out bubbles, both micro and normal-sized. I've just been ignoring it.

The skimmer did come with a sponge to put on the output to limit microbubbles and it does work, but if that were to clog, the skimmer would overflow for sure. I'm not all about that. I'll let a few microbubbles go into the tank for some stability.
