Skimmer Needed 20 Gallon

Hi all, I'm building a 20 gallon with a AIO fiji box onn a 20 gallon long aquarium, I'm debating to get a skimmer or not and I do not think it would have much benefit.

I'm planning on stocking 4 BTA with 2 clowns.... Would I need a skimmer if I do Bi-Weekly WC ?

The nano skimmers they sell fit in the compartments of the AIO kits. I use the larger one on a 40 breeder with the AIO kit.
