Skimmer not working

Hey everyone,
So my airstone skimmer is running for 2 months now. I have changed the limestone and bought a stronger pump and still its running either weat or not at all. Is it possible that my water is too clean? I tried adjusting hight, air and nothing changed , i never get thick foam dont know what else i should do

If the bioload isn't high enough then the skimmer has nothing to skim. So yes, it's possible your water is too clean. What's in your tank?

Its a 60liter with 2 fish 2 crabs 1 shrimp 6 snails and 16 corals. I once tried feeding more but the only effect was Bad water parameters. i do weekly water changes around 10-15%.

Skimmers are usually pretty robust. One of the air inlet holes may clog with salt causing weak bubbles to form. If your parameters are within tolerance I wouldn't worry about it. Some people will even turn them off of a few days. Others will leave them running simply for the purpose of oxygenating the water
