Skimmer Off Test

My tank is been running with the skimmer off for 5 days today and this is how it looks.

I started running the skimmer only at night when lights goes off and noticed Coral coloration improvement.
I might start running skimmer for only one ore two days per week.

Looks good. Depends on the bio load really. It’s not healthy for corals when the water is at or near zero nitrates and phosphates. Keep on tweeking!!

Skimmers are not mandatory - just another tool in the shed.
