Skimmer overfilling ...

Hi. I got problem with my skimmer. I've use it the past red slime remover and it was fine. This time I've change the water 4 times, tomorrow will be 5th time, I've add carbon and the skimmer is still overfilling... Any idea what else I can do?

Make sure the venturi on skimmer is clean, and let it overflow until it calms down

All is clean. I've clean the skimmer but 4 weeks now and no difference...
