skimmer overflow after BW No3 brick

hey reefers. last nite i put a brightwell No3 brick in my sump. and dosed micro bacter 7 . 10 ml as per instruction. they said to turn off skimmer for 4 hours. i did but when i turned back it on it start over flowing. now its been 24 hours and it is still over flowing . what should i do ? skimmer is now at maximum slowest position
its a 140 gal tank 7 month old.
few LPS in it. and some tangs.
parameters are
salinity 1.025
nitrate 5
ammonia 0
phosphate .02
I m running a reef octopus SRO 2000 skimmer . phosban and carbon reactor. bio pellets . using red sea coral pro salt. dosing reef care program . but from past month i shifted to two little fishes C balance part AB,

I installed a UV sterilizer a couple weeks ago. My skimmer went crazy for a couple days. I just remove the collection cup and let it run.
