Deltec. You can completely disassemble it in under 5 minutes. Very easy to adjust. Manual cleaning head actually works. Well made.

5 minutes is taking your time too, very simple but effective design. Very quiet skimmer if that's a priority for you. In my opinion, the pros of the Deltec over the RO are:
-Neck cleaner
-No overflow design
-Threaded rod for adjustment
-Supporting BattleCorals

It's been years since I had a RO skimmer, but the DC Diablo I had was a beast, you probably can't go wrong with one of their current offerings.
