I purchased a skimmer which I believe is a cat 1 hurricone. It is a reef octopus but doesn't identify itself past that point. What do you guys think of the hurricone skimmers? Good? Bad? Ugly?? Is there a way to tell if it is a hurricone? Thanks!!

Looks like the old version of the Super Reef Octopus 180. Where is the pump?

You could just ask coralvue.

Bump.... Need to know what size tank I can run with this thing....
