I purchased a 210g aquarium and it has two coralife skimmers in the sump. My question is how high should I adjust the bubbles? How much stuff should flow over the top into the drain tube? Last question is how do I prevent the skimmer if I'm not around to not go crazy and overflow into the drain tube and over flow the collection cup? Any info would be greT. Thanks

I run my bubbles where the collection cup comes off. I try to skim dry. There is no stopping the skimmer from going crazy and if it does its normally after you add something to the system that makes it go crazy. Its going to take a little bit to get the skimmer adjusted.

I have 2 Supr Skimmers on my 240g. I keep the bubbles right at the bottom of the neck. I'v also modified mine with mesh impellars, and removed the lines they use.
If your afraid of overflowing while your out, just plug the bottom drain, and drill one out your self much higher, then when it gets to overflowing you want it to go back in the sump. Make sure you clean it out often to keep the skimmate to a minimum during normal operation.

Ok thanks. Other question. I have a three chamber sump. First chamber is where the two hoses dump in from the tank to the sump. The second is the fuge. The third is where the pump is.

Most would say to put in the first chamber so that it collects as much as possible before the fuge section. But it really doesnt matter.
