Skimmer U R running on a 2-300 gal. System?

What skimmer are you guys running on your 200-300 gallon systems? Can we see some pics of the skimmer and collection cup poo? Please include a stock list and total gallons. Thanks in advance!!!

I run a Reeflo Orca 250 with a Baldor pump. Skimmer is fed by one of the tank overflows.

I get about a gallon on black, smelly goo every 2 days.
