So I have a Reef Octopus Regal 200INT. My tank is a Reefer 750 and I have the Red Sea sump. The chamber that I have the Skimmer in the water is 9” deep. On BRS it says that the water height needs to be 7-8.5” of water. What should I use to raise my Skimmer height?

Put some rubber bands on it

this is my solution 1/8"x 5 x 7 plastic pieces, stacked to height. i got them at a surplus store, i suppose they could be cut down from larger sheets that are widely available but these were cheap and they caught my eye 20 pieces for $5 total
they don't trap detritus like eggcrate might
