I'm going to buy a new tank with a sump today and I have the reef octopus bh90 hob skimmer and I was wondering if I could use this skimmer in the sump or do I have to get a sump skimmer??
I would get an in sump skimmer. HOB has a lot of limits and not efficient is the biggest drawback. Also once you have an in sump skimmer you will realize how loud these HOBs are.
