Don't see why not, assuming it fits in the sump. It is rated for 185-240 gallons, but as far as I'm concerned, there is no such thing as over skimming because of the poor efficiency of skimmers. In the past I've had MRC 1 and 2's on a 90 gallon tank. I can't remember what these two guys were rated at...in to the multiple 100 gallon range, and never had a problem. Actually, other than noise, the best skimmers I've owned.
