Skimmer

I have had my simplicity skimmer for around a year now and it has worked perfectly fine after cleaning it and everything. Recently it will not produce skim. I can see bubbles but it is not climbing. I have it full power and almost all air going in. Water level has not changed at all and no additional stock has been added. I used to get great results at power lvl 7 and tiny twist on knob but slowly had to increase power to get anything. Anyone have any ideas?
