Looking for a good skimmer for a 220 with 60 gallon sump. Not looking to break the back. I do have money for the build just trying to make it go as far as possible.

What kind of system are you trying to achieve?
Fish only or full blown reef or mixed?
IMHO, your skimmer will be the backbone of your filtration system so you should not skimp here.. Having the best skimmer that is overrated for your water volume would be a wise choice...
If you skimp here you will upgrade later, trust me.
