Skimz Calcium Reactor No Effluent Flow

As the title says. I set this up last not and I cannot get any effluent to flow. I have not activated the co2 yet until I get this figured out.

Anyone have any ideas?

Not familiar with Calcium Reactors, but I did move the thread over to the equipment forum for better input.

which model are you referring to ? have you tightening every thing ? have you turned on the recirculating pump?

It is the monzter cm93.

It only has the one pump and yes it is plugged in and running.

I went through and checked all connections and everything is tight and not leaking.

Very frustrating.
