Edited to add after reading the above, I lifted the unit to see if lowering the water level had an effect and it kicked on for 5 seconds and went to Err1 then Err5.

Did you get a message back from @MarineDepot ? Also how much water do you have yours in and the intake how much clearance is there between it and any other items in your sump?

I have the dc-3 and I am getting this ER-1 code same as everyone here I have mine sitting in 9.75 inches of water. Has anyone found a fix
