Has anyone purchased these yet? I bought one and it arrived very beat up, and not from shipping. The power cord was all worn and scraped from where it was bent at the base. The connector itself was very warn from being plugged/unplugged so many times. Someone had clearly scrapped off stickers that were once on the pump and controller. Lots of scratch marks and some residue left. It looked like the back of the pump had been popped off and put back on.
The re-seller sent a replacement and it was also beat up in the exact same way. Just curious if anyone else has had this experience. It feels like they are selling refurbs or something, I don't know.
