So I just had an impulsive buy the other day and got a HOB Skimz SH2 skimmer. Came with some pretty basic instructions but this is my first skimmer and want to make sure it’s hooked up correctly.
Does anyone know of a videos or have one of these that could help walk me through the setup?
I have a Colbalt MJ-1200 pump attached to pull water in but not sure how much water neeeds to be in the skimmer itself. I tried adjusting the outflow knob and it seems to be creating quite a bit of water flow and is kicking my sand up. If I turn it back the water level raises in the skimmer. Trying to find the balance and would just like some assistance
