Good luck that brand offers zero support for their products and I believe is closed so its a dead technology, I own 2 of theirs, a 500.00 oval one and a 900.00 duel pump one. Both had the pumps fail, the 900.00 ones skimmer cup came apart too. Definitely not a quality product.
