Skinny Striped blenny?

My stiped Benny has been getting skinnier and skinnier. I'm not sure if he is sick or what. Any help would be appreciated.

What are you feeding and does it show interest in food?

spirulina brine shrimp
Small plankton
LRS fish frenzy
Rods original diet

So that's what I feed the tank(see pic I posted) but I have noticed that when i feed the nem' s shrimp he gets pretty active.
