Im woundering if we can hook up skpe to our Pm so instead of typing we can just speak with a camara. My Pc has a built in camara and the software, very useful when there is a lot of communicting going on

Neat idea but no way that I know of to even begin to do something like that with this software.

What if you added a skpe area where people can log all their info and if they add you or allow you then you can activate it thru our own software. Using the board as a contact list. So if your doing a lot of typing and the other member has skpe you can just activate it and then see the person and speak freely.

Doubt it's possible here. You can do it on Google+ though - I would just do that and you can communicate with particular circles of friends / hobbyists.
